Making A Purchase
Just browse our online store, and click on "Add To Cart" under any items that you wish to buy, this will put the items into your personal shopping basket. After you have finished making your selection, click on "Confirm Order" or "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Once we have received your order, an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you.
We accept PayPal payment. All prices on this site are quoted in UK sterling and include VAT where applicable.
With PayPal you can use most major credit cards, which includes Visa, Master card, Visa Delta Switch, Electron, Amex and Solo and also your bank account details. We do not save any payment card or PayPal login details.
Any backorders will be dispatched as soon as possible, however sometimes we can experience some delay's. You may choose to send your credit card information separately via phone, snail mail or over the Internet. Our on-line payment system is run through the secure PayPal system. This ensures maximum security and protection for all parties.

Our shipping standard rates range from £2.95. - £19.95, finalised and calculated according to order total.
All our prices include UK VAT at the standard uk rate. Orders placed outside of the European Union or BFPO addresses are exempt from VAT. BFPO nil VAT can only be accepted if the order is accompanied by form 77-388-CEE available from your CO.
Please note any prices quoted in Euros are approximate. Your order will be charged in Pound Sterling (£) as per the invoice total.
Your order will be processed right away and despatched within 48 hrs, subject to stock availability and will be delivered usually within 7 days. If you require your goods on an urgent basis, please don't hesitate to contact us with your requirements by either E-mail or telephone.
International orders are generally delivered within 14 days. Please allow up to 21 days for items out of stock, please note there are no additional postage costs for sending out of stock items separately..

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, unless you specify otherwise when completing your payment details.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, standard uk vat is included in the purchase price where applicable.

If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund on items returned within 28 days of delivery. .. Correctly supplied items will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
Please log your intention to return your items on the cancellation form within seven days of receiving the item. (link to cancellation form)
All items must be returned unused in their original packaging along with the original packing note and copy invoice (as proof of purchase). Personalized products and made-to-order products cannot be returned unless faulty. DVDs cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Carriage will be refunded at standard cost of dispatch whilst carriage on return is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the goods being returned.
Please report any discrepancy in delivery within 24hours so we can log and resolve such queries in a timely manner.
If you find an item to be faulty within 30 days of receipt please use the contact us button to inform us of the fault. To return an item by post you will need to cover the cost of postage, however if you are returning a faulty item your postage cost will be refunded once we have received back and confirmed the fault. Replacement goods or a full refund will then be offered. For faulty items identified after 30 days we will offer a repair or an exchange of the goods. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced a refund may then be offered.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

Term and conditions of our workshop.
All work carried out and parts fitted must be paid for before the goods can be released, All reasonable care will be taken to repair items and not just replace,
All bikes to be worked on must come to us fully built with no parts or nuts and bolts missing. Unless agreed otherwise.
We will endeavor to finish your project on or before the desired and agreed date however due to unforeseen circumstances this sometimes will not be possible.
We will on occasion sub out to a specialist some work.
A consent form will need to be signed prior to any work starting. A further signature will be required on collection.
We are continually striving to improve our processes and working practices, all complaints are analysed to further enhance our quality of service to you.
In the unlikely event that you feel the need to register a complaint, please contact us immediately. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days.
